It was a rather modest garage reconstruction that, because it was on
a very small lot, triggered the storm water management requirement of reducing runoff from
47o impervious coverage to the equivalent of 250. Although I tried to be clear about this
requirement from the start, it seemed to come as a surprise to Ms. Braunlin at the end of
the process and I recall that you might have been on the receiving end of some push-back
from that.
I regularly ride my bike past Ms. Braunlin's property on my way to/from work and, since
that time I've watched the garage being built, but I haven't seen any rain gardens show up
there. I'm about to send Ms. Braunlin a letter gently (at first) reminding her of her
obligations, but I want to see what you remember first? Did she ever show you a storm
water plan? What's your recollection of how things were left?
Bryan Lloyd
Associate City Planner
City of Roseville
651-792-7073
bryan.11oyd@ci.roseville.mn.us
Confidentiality Statement: The documents accompanying this transmission contain
confidential information that is legally privileged.
