� <br />Draft Resolution <br />� <br />Attachment E <br />EXTRAC'T OF MINU�'ES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of tl�e Variance Board of the <br />City of Roseville, Counry of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 5`h day of March 2008 <br />at 5:00 p.in. <br />The following members were present: <br />Variance Board Member introduced the followin� resolution and �noved its <br />adoption: � <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 77 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO §1016 (STORIVI WATER <br />MANAGEMENT) OF THE ROSEVILLE C1TY CODE FOR ELIZABETH <br />BRAUNLIN, 358 SOUTH MCCARRONS BOULEVARD (PF08-006) <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Braunlin has requested a VARIANCE to � 1016 (Storm Water <br />Management) of the Roseville City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 3S8 South McCai-�-ons Boulevard, and <br />legally described as: <br />LOT l9 BLOCK l ROLLING iGREEN <br />PI N : 13-29-23-42-0021 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1016.26 (Impervious Coverage) liinits i�npeivious surface <br />area to ZS% on residential properties in the Sl�oreland Manageinent District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ms. Braunlin seeks to expand the princi�al structure and <br />driveway by such that impervious coverage on the propei-ty would be increased from <br />41 % to 47%; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Division has concluded that "hardships" are present <br />and support can be given to deviate from the strict requireinents of the Roseville City <br />Code; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RF,SOL,VED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to <br />APPROVE a 1,520-square-foot VARIANCE to Section 1026.26 ofthe City code, subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />The size and location of the proposed improvements shall be consistent with <br />the plans reviewed with this application except tl�at the total iinpervious <br />surface area on the property shall not exceed 47% of the lot area (about 3,260 <br />square feet); <br />Pagc 1 of 3 <br />
