� <br />"Exhibit B" <br />State exactly what is intended to be done on or with the property which does not conform with the City <br />Code: <br />Our intention is to remove the existing, north, single-car garage and to replace it with a new two-car <br />garage. This does not conform to the Front Setback requirement of 30'. The new Proposed Plan has a <br />Front Setback of 30.07 feet on the new proposed northeast corner of the building and 29.51 feet on the <br />new proposed southeast corner. <br />Also, it is the owners intention to slightly widen the driveway and to remove the two sets of existing north <br />stairs flanking the existing garage, as well as remove the existing east stairs and sidewalk and replace <br />them with new safer steps, landings, and sidewalks. The Proposed Plan exceeds the maximum allowable <br />impervious surface coverage. <br />
