�.. <br />�.. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Division has concluded that "hardships" are present and <br />support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to <br />APPROVE a 9-foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.016 of the City code, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />The size and location of the proposed addition shall be consistent with the <br />plans reviewed with this application and shall not be less than 18 feet from the <br />northern side property line; <br />2. The driveway shall comply with all applicable requirements; <br />3. The impervious coverage on the property shall not exceed 30% of the overall <br />property area; and <br />4. Pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code, the VARIANCE shall expire 6 months <br />after the approval date if a fence permit is not issued. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member Bakeman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Bakeman, Boerigter, and Martinson <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
