Many young families with children have moved into the
neighborhood. This has been a real goal of Roseville to increase the number of young
families in etcisting homes. This business would bring in more vehicle traffic (including
possible delivery trucks) and would be more dangerous for the neighborhood children. A
business that brings in more irac would be counter to Roseville's goals.
A lot of traffic already exists on Lexingto and especially the intersection of Lexington
Ave. and Roselawn Ave. Traffic is very heavy during the day. There aze times it gets so
heavy that it is even difficult to pull out from Autumn St. to Lexington Ave. I only fesr
the increase in traffic would make things more difficult and dangerous.
I am, also, concemed about an inerease in noise with increased trc and trucks at
various times of the day.
A more visible business at the end of our street will not only detract from the family
neighborhood, but decrease our residential property values.
Thank you.
Lorraine Manke
1145 Autumn Street
