� Document# 4 154 Recorded 08/7112008 1600 County Recorder, Ramsey Counry, MN 3.4.5 398310B EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regulaz meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 19`h day of May, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Pust, Roe, Ihlan, and Klausing and none was absent; Council Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10627 A RESOLUTION VACATING AN UNDEVELOPED PORTION OF WALNUT STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY CROSSING PROPERTY ADDRESSED AS 2001 FULHAM STREET (PFOS-009) WHEREAS, Midland Hills Country Club has requested the vacation of a portion of the Walnut Street right-of-way crossing the southwest corner of the parcel addressed at 2100 Fulham Street, legally described as: The vacation of Walnut Street per Nighway right of way.document no.'s 814265 & 8152201ying southeast a line 20.00 feet southeasterly of and paraliel with the southeasterly right of way line of State Trunk Highway No. 280 per highway right of way document no.'s 13H5757, 1662892 & 1247415; lying east of the northerly extension of the easterly right of way line ot Walnut Street as dedicated and donated per plat ot LAUDERDALE'S EAST SIDE ADDIT[ON TO MINNEAPOL►S, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota and lying north of the northerly right af way line of Ryan Street as dedicated and donated per said plat of LAUDERDALE'S EAST SIDE ADDITION TO MINNEAPOLIS, EXCEPT the West792.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying no�th of tNe South I105.00 feet of said Northwest Quarter.
