33 8.0 RECOMMENDATION <br />9a 8.1 After reviewing the application and soliciting public comments and questions at the <br />g� public hearing, the Planning Commission voted 6-0 to recommended approval of the <br />96 requested INTERIM USE PERMIT. <br />9� 8.2 Consistent with the recommendation of the Planning Commission and based on the <br />�� comments and findings detailed in Sections 4, 5, and 6 of this report, the Planning <br />9� Division recommends approval of the requested INTERIM USE PERMIT, subject to the <br />� oo following conditions: <br />101 <br />102 <br />103 <br />104 <br />105 <br />106 <br />�o� <br />108 <br />109 <br />110 <br />F� <br />b. <br />The area of the sign shall conform to the illustration reviewed with this <br />application; <br />The overall height of the sign shall not exceed 8 feet; <br />c.
