� <br />.•� <br />Draft Resolution Attachment F <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />� Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />� Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of May, 2008 at 6:00 <br />s p.m. <br />a The following members were present: <br />� Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />6 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />� A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH <br />a §1012.09 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR CENTENNIAL GARDENS <br />� APARTMENTS AND HAMLINE CENTER LLC, OWNER OF 2797 — 2833 HAMLINE <br />� o AVENUE (PF08-013) <br />11 WHEREAS, Centennial Gardens Apartments, in cooperation with Hamline Shopping <br />� 2 Center, property owner Hamline Center LLC, has requested an INTERIM USE PERMIT in <br />� s accordance with § 1012.09 of the Roseville City Code on property addressed at 2797 — 2833 <br />� a Hamline Avenue; and <br />� 5 WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: <br />� E> SecNon 3 Township 29 Range 23, excluding the east 331 feet of the north 274 feet of the <br />�� south 947 feet, the north 587 feet of the south 947 feet of the east 623 feet of the northeast <br />��s quarter of the southwest quarter, subject to avenue and easements, in Section 3 Township <br />� � 29 Range 23 <br />2o PIN: 03-29-23-31-0027 <br />2� WHEREAS, the applicant with the support of the property owner seeks to install a <br />22 temporary aparhnent leasing sign on the Hamline Shopping Center property; and <br />2:j WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />2a requested INTERIM USE PERMIT, voting 6-0 to recommend approval of the request based on <br />2� the comments and findings of the staff report dated May 7, 2008; <br />2s NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />27 the request by Centennial Gardens Apartments and Hamline Center LLC for an INTERIM USE <br />2� PERMIT in accordance with Section § 1012.09 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the <br />29 following conditions; <br />30 1.
