._R <br />� <br />� <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, was held on the 19�' day of May, 2008 at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: Pust, Roe, Ihlan, and Klausing <br />and none was absent. <br />Council Member Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10626 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH <br />§1012.09 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR CENTENNIAL GARDENS <br />APARTMENTS AND HAMLINE CENTER LLC, OWNER OF 2797 — 2833 HAMLINE <br />AVENUE (PF08-013) <br />WHEREAS, Centennial Gardens Apartments, in cooperation with Hamline Shopping <br />Center, property owner Hamline Center LLC, has requested an INTERIM USE PERMIT in <br />accordance with § 1012.09 of the Roseville City Code on property addressed at 2797 — 2833 <br />Hamline Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: <br />Section 3 Township 29 Range 23, excluding the east 331 feet of the north 274 feet of the <br />south 947 feet, the north 587 feet of the south 947 feet of the east 623 feet of the northeast <br />quarter of the southwest quarter, subject to avenue and easements, in Section 3 Township <br />29 Range 23 <br />PIN: 03-29-23-31-0027 <br />WHEREAS, the applicant with the support of the property owner seeks to install a <br />temporary apartment leasing sign on the Hamline Shopping Center property; and <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />requested INTERIM USE PERMIT, voting 6-0 to recommend approval of the request based on <br />the comments and findings of the staff report dated May 7, 2008; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the request by Centennial Gardens Apartments and Hamline Center LLC for an INTERIM USE <br />PERMIT in accordance with Section § 1012.09 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the <br />following conditions; <br />1. The area of the sign shall conform to the illustration reviewed with this application; <br />2. The overall height of the sign shall not exceed 8 feet; <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
