I live in the neighborhood where Cash N Pawn wants to set up shop and I can tell
you that this area is absolutely inappropriate for a pawn shop. Snelling Avenue and
County Road B may look like a completely commercial corner at first glance, but right
behind those businesses is quiet, safe, kid-friendly neighborhood.
A1lowing a pawn shop to open up in our area will invite property
crime. Please don't vote to change our neighborhood like that.
Your decision will make a big impact on my family, my neighbors, Evergreen
Elementary School, and other local
businesses. PLEASE VOTE NO on April 21st to a pawn shop permit at
2181 Snelling Avenue.
Sincerely, Margaret S. Cavanaugh
 7
Park, Brimhall
