Highway 36 #114 - service
road leading to my home, the Har Mar aparrtments and the retail center at 2181-2195
Senlling Ave, I am writing to say that:
I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CITY'S CONSIDERATION OF A PAWN SHOP IN OUR
NEIGHBORHOOD!!
The City of Roseville is expressing concern that Roseville is a deteriorating lst tier
suburb with an aging populating and desiring to make this area more attractive to young
people. Well, with a pawn shop going in - and I understand the recent approval of a liquor
store, in which I do not recall receiving a notification - it appears to me that the
Roseville planning commission is attempting to turn the City of Roseville into
an.....inner city and a11 of the crime that goes with it.
Roseville will always be a prime location in the Twin Cities. It is disheartening to see
the Planning Commission's steps in lowering the quality of life here. I will be at
tomorrow's meeting to express my concerns.
Regards,
I
2
... ..-
