� <br />Mr. Thomas Paschke <br />City Planner <br />Page 2 <br />The arrival schedule is as follows: <br />� <br />Tuesday July 8th - The Advance Crew will arrive at the fairgrounds. Their function is to <br />mark out all of the parking areas that will accommodate families, caravans (groups of <br />between 25 and 200 units that park together), handicapped coaches, volunteer family <br />coaches and demonstration coaches. The advance crew and Association officers consist <br />of approximately 120 coaches. <br />Friday, July l lth — The Holding Area will open to accommodate early arrivals. The <br />Holding Area is located at Highcrest Park, 2340 Highcrest Road, Roseville, MN about 3 <br />miles from the Fairgrounds. There will be about 250 coaches in and out of the area over <br />the weekend of July 11�'. <br />Saturday, Julyl2th — The frst day of family parking in assigned lots at the fairgrounds. <br />Many of the coaches arriving that day are the caravans. The other group will be the <br />handicapped coaches and they are also parked at the fairgrounds. <br />Sunday, July 13`�' — A continuation of family coach arrivals. <br />Monday, July 14`� — Third and final day of family coach parking. <br />The Convention will be open on Monday night for a preview. Tuesday morning is the <br />official opening. The close of the event is on Thursday night July 17`h at Spm. <br />We would like to begin the installation of the temporary signs on Wednesday July 9th <br />with completion on Thursday July 10`t' if needed. Also, if required, all signs will have a <br />copy of the permits attached. <br />We would normally start the removal of the directional signs on Wednesday July 16`l' and <br />finish on Thursday July 17`". All the signs will be removed. <br />Enclosed is the proposed sign list along with maps indicating the sign location and their <br />route. Please let me know if you will need any more information for us to obtain the <br />permits needed. <br />
