The area of the sign shall conform to the illustration reviewed with this <br />application; <br />b. The overall height of the sign shall not exceed 8 feet; <br />c. The sign shall be located outside of the public right-of-way and outside of the <br />Traffic Visibility Triangle, consistent with the site plan reviewed with this <br />application as Attachment C, and; <br />d.
