� <br />June 26, 2008 <br />June Smith <br />1960 Midland Hills Road <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />� <br />��,� �:, <br />����\ � <br />RE: Front Yard Setback Permit approval <br />Dear Ms. Smith, <br />On Thursday, June 26`h, the Setback Permit Review Committee (SPRC) reviewed and <br />recommended approval of a FRONT YARD SETBACK PERMIT to accommodate the roof <br />over your front entry that will encroach 7 feet into the required front yard setback. <br />The SPRC found that the proposal does satisfy more than eight of the applicable criteria for <br />approving a Setback Permit as listed in Section 1013.05 of the City Code, and consequently <br />recommended approval of the Setback Permit <br />I concur with the recommendation of the SPRC and I will issue the requested Setback Permit <br />with the standard condition that the Setback Permit approval shall expire 6 months from today's <br />date if the building permit has not been obtained by that time.
