If all of these households indicate their support, the required 10-day appeal period following the decision of the Community Development Director will be eliminated; if the setback permit is approved, the building inspector may then issue the necessary building permit as soon as it has been approved. You (or your builder) are, of course, encouraged to attend the hearing, but it is not required. You are invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Setback Permit Review Committee's (SPRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Monday, June 30, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. in the Roseville City Hall Hawthorne Room — in the lower level, adjacent to the Engineering Department. Carla and Randy Ramberg, l 145 Garden Avenue, seek approval of a 6-FOOT FRONT YARD SETBACx PE�t�T to accommodate a new front entry addition which would encroach 6 feet into the required front yard setback. The Setback Permit process allows nearby property owners to comment on the proposal in writing and/or at the meeting.
