EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, May 24, 1999 at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and Wall and the following were absent: none. Councilmember Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 9656 Approval of Agreement with MNIDOT and Ramsey County to Construct and Operate a New Traffic Signal on County Road B-2 at the East Snelling Avenue Ramp BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Depamnent of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: To install a new traffic control signal with street lights, emergency vehicle pre-emption and signing on Trunk Highway No. 51 (Snelling Avenue) East Ramps at County State Aid Highway No. 78 (County Road B2); To revise the existing traffic control signal with street lights, emergency vehicle pre-emption and signing on Trunk Highway No. 51 (Snelling Avenue) West ramps- Shopping Center Entrance at County State Aid Highway No. 78 (County Road B2); To install interconnect on County State Aid Highway No. 78 (County Road B2) from Trunk Highway No. 51 (Snelling Avenue) East Ramps to Trunk Highway No. 51 (Snelling Avenue) West Ramps - Shopping Center Entrance; and To furnish a timing plan for the interconnected traffic control signal systems on County State Aid Highway No. 78 (County Road B2) from Trunk Highway No. 51 (Snelling Avenue) East Ramps to County State Aid Highway No. 48 (Fairview Avenue) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 78841R, a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and Wall, and the following voted against the same: none.
