Draft Resolution Attachment H <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />� Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />2 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of June, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. <br />:s The following members were present: <br />� and was absent. <br />� Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />6 RESOLUTION NO. <br />� A RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES TO §ll03 (DESIGN STANDARDS) OF <br />3 THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR RICHARD COX AT 2045 LOREN ROAD <br />9 (PFO8-019) <br />� o WHEREAS, Richard Cox is the owner of property at 2045 Loren Road; and <br />11 WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: <br />12 <br />13 <br />Loren Acres No. 1 Lot 3& Lot 4 Block 1 <br />PIN: 16-29-23-23-0087 <br />� a WHEREAS, Section 1103.06F (Side Lot Lines) requires side property lines to be radial <br />� s to circular cul-de-sac turnarounds; and <br />� n WHEREAS, the property owner seeks to realign an existing lot line such that it would <br />i � not be radial to the adjacent turnaround; and <br />18 WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />19 requested VARIANCE, concluded that "practical difficulties" are present, and voted 6-0 to <br />2o recommend approval of the request based on the comments, findings, and conditions of the staff <br />z � report dated June 4, 2008; and <br />22 WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council concurs with the Planning Commission <br />�3 conclusion pertaining to "practical difficulties" and has determined that approval of the <br />2� requested VARIANCE will not compromise the public health, safety, and general welfare of the <br />27 citizens of Roseville; <br />26 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />2� the requested VARIANCE to Section 1103.06F of the City Code, subject to the following <br />2� condition: <br />29 Pursuant to § 1013.03 (Time Limitation) of the City Code, the variance shall <br />3o expire 6 months from the date of the approval if the minor subdivision has not <br />3� been process by the applicant for recording at Ramsey County as required in <br />�2 Section 1104.04B (Recombination Minor Subdivisions) of the City Code. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />.--. ,� <br />
