� <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council concurs with the Planning Commission <br />conclusion pertaining to "practical difficulties" and has determined that approval of the requested <br />VARIANCE will not compromise the public health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of <br />Roseville; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the requested VARIANCE to Section 1103.06F of the City Code, subject to the following <br />condition: <br />Pursuant to § 1013.03 (Time Limitation) of the City Code, the variance shall <br />expire 6 months from the date of the approval if the minor subdivision has not <br />been process by the applicant for recording at Ramsey County as required in <br />Section 1104.04B (Recombination Minor Subdivisions) of the City Code. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Roe and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Willmus, Pust, <br />Roe, and Klausing <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
