<br />1014.02: BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
<br />C. Appeals. An appeal to the City Council, acting as the Board of Adjustment and Appeals,
<br />from the Variance Board or an administrative ruling of the Community Development
<br />Director or �,-I��designee regarding any interpretation of the intent of this Title or Title
<br />11 of this code, or any action approving or denying an application related to any matter
<br />addressed in this Title or Title 11 of this code may be filed in writing by any property
<br />owner or their agent with the city manager within ten (10) calendar days after the making
<br />of the order or decision being appealed.
<br />2. The written appeal shall state the specific grounds upon which the appeal is made and
<br />shall be accompanied by a fee established by resolution of the City Council. A public
<br />meeting regarding the matter shall be held before the Board of Adjustment and Appeal at
<br />a regular meeting held within 30 days of the receipt of the required written appeal.
<br />a. �'ariance :�ppeals: A mailed notice of the public meeting at which the appeal is
<br />to be considered shall be sent to members of the Variance Board ��'� °^•�'�•,��'�'°' and to
<br />all of those property owners within �-500 feet of the subject property as well as the
<br />owner and tenants (if any) of the subject property. (Ord. 1347, 4-23-2007)
<br />b. Administrati��e Deriatio�� Appeals: A mailed notice of the public meeting at
<br />which the appeal is to be considered shall be sent to all of those property� owners
<br />who received notice of the original administrative deviation hearing as well as
<br />the owner and tenants (if any) of the subject property.

<br />SECTION 4. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the Roseville City Code
<br />shall take effect upon passage and publication.
