�r� 169.79 VEHICLE REGISTRATION; DISPLAYING LICENSE PLATES. <br />4� Subdivision 1. Registration required. No person shall operate, drive, or park a motor <br />a� vehicle on any highway unless the vehicle is registered in accordance with the laws of this state. <br />a:� Subd. 3. Rear display of single plate. If the vehicle is a motorcycle, motor scooter, <br />�o motorized bicycle, motorcycle sidecar, trailer registered at greater than 3,000 pounds gross <br />�� vehicle weight (GVW), semitrailer, or vehicle displaying a dealer plate, then one license plate <br />�� must be displayed on the rear of the vehicle. <br />53 171.02 LICENSES; TYPES, ENDORSEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS. <br />�� Subdivision 1. License required. Except when expressly exempted, a person shall not drive <br />s� a motor vehicle upon a street or highway in this state unless the person has a license valid under <br />�E this chapter for the type or class of vehicle being driven. <br />�7 Subd. 3. Motorized bicycle.
