-� <br />7. Additional Required Information: <br />a. Legal Description and PIN: Provide the Parcel Identification Number(s) and the complete legal <br />description(s) of the property involved. <br />b. Proposed Plans: In addition to a scaled site plan, a landscape plan, grading and drainage plan, <br />photometric plan, and exterior building elevation drawings showing building materials may also <br />be required if deemed necessary by the Community Development Director. Plans for residential <br />applications may be on 8'/2"x l 1" or l 1"x 17" paper; full size plans and PDF digital copies must <br />be submitted for commercial applications. <br />c. Written Narrative: The written narrative should thoroughly address the following items, which <br />Section 1013.01 (Conditional Use Permits) of the City Code directs the City Council to evaluate <br />during consideration of CUP applications: <br />1) Impact of the proposed use on traffic; <br />2) Impact of the proposed use on parks, streets, and other public facilities; <br />3) Compatibility of the proposed site plan, internal traffic circulation, landscaping, and <br />structures with contiguous properties; <br />4) Impact of the proposed use on the market value of contiguous properties; <br />5) Impact of the proposed use on the public health, safety, and general welfare; and <br />6) Compatibility of the proposed use with the City's comprehensive plan. <br />8. Notification Sign: The applicant must obtain a"Notice of Land Use Application" sign from the <br />Community Development Department and post the sign along the street in front of the subject <br />property. Multiple signs may be required for sites adjacent to more than one street. <br />9.
