I am writing today to tell you that I have received complaints from <br />neighbors living near your dad's old residence at 723 IONA LN W. Specifically, they complain about the <br />trailers in the front yard and driveway. Unfortunately, neither oJthese trailers is allowed to remain in an <br />Rl district as they are both commercial-grade. Roseville code allows for the small utiliry trailers that we <br />are all so familiar with, but not large ones such as these and no trailer is ever allowed to be parked on the <br />grass. Will you please make arrangements to move off-site the white trailer and the brown utiliry trailer? <br />And would you please do so within 14 days of the date of this letter (November 17)? I would appreciate it. <br />Also, please store inside all the stuff that is lying around the front of the blue van. All of'these items are not <br />approved for outside storage. <br />�"�. � <br />
