7.0 <br />8.0 <br />requirement established in § 1004.016 (Residential Setbacks) to allow the proposed 8-foot <br />deck expansion at 472 Bayview Drive, with the following conditions: <br />.� <br />0 <br />The deck addition shall remain a minimum of 10 feet from the rear property line; <br />The variance shall expire 6 months of the approval date if a building permit is not <br />issued, pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code. <br />SUGGESTED ACTION <br />ADOPT VARIANCE BOARD RESOLUTION 81 approving a VARIANCE to Section 1004 of the <br />City Code that would allow Ms. Gerold Stibal to expand the existing deck, based on the <br />comments and findings of Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6 of the project report <br />dated September 3, 2008. <br />NEXT STEPS <br />8.1 The decision of the Variance Board is final unless an appeal is filed.
