The Variance Board's decision may be
appealed (by you or somebody else) until noon on Monday, September 15, 2008. If the decision
of the Variance Board is not appealed, a driveway permit may be issued after noon on September
15th; include a copy of this letter with your driveway application.
Bear in mind as you continue to plan out your driveway that impervious surfaces (i.e., building
footprints, driveways, sidewalks, patios, etc.) may cover up to 30% of your property.
Should you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to call me at 651-792-7073.
Sincerely,
CITY OF ROSEVILLE
Bryan Lloyd
Associate Planner
City of Roseville Community Development Department
2660 Civic Center Drive ❖ Roseville, Minnesota 55113
651-792-7005 ❖ www.ci.roseville.mn.us/development
