`. <br />� <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of September, at 5:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Chair Boerigter and Members Best and Doherty. <br />Variance Board Member Boerigter introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 82 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 4-FOOT VARIANCE TO §1004 (RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICTS) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR MICHAEL FISHBACK, 2895 <br />HAMLINE AVENUE (PF08-038) <br />WHEREAS, Michael Fishback has requested a variance to § 1004.016 (Driveway <br />Setbacks) to allow the encroachment of a driveway into the required setback from a side property <br />line; and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 2895 Hamline Avenue and is legally described <br />as: <br />ROSEVILLE TERRACE PLAT 3 LOT 8 BLOCK 8 <br />PIN: 03-29-23-24-0026 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.016 requires 5-foot driveway setback from side property lines; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Michael Fishback seeks to construct a new driveway abutting the southern <br />side property line, requiring a 5-foot variance; and <br />WHEREAS, the Variance Board has concluded that "hardships" are present and support <br />can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code; <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />.�-- <br />
