17. For Relocation of Dwellin�: A. The legal description for the land upon which the building is to be moved. B. The application shall be accompanied by a w7itten consent and approval of at least 50% of the property owners within 250 feet of the relocation. 18. For Variance: A. Variance is requested from the following section of the City Code: B. State exactly what is intended to be done on or with the property which does not conform with the City Code: C. Explain the physical hardship that makes the variance necessar}�. 19. Applicant's requesting a rezoning, conditionat use permit, PUD, variance, division of lot, or platting of property are encouraged to conduct a neighborhood meeting at least fifteen (15) days before the scheduled Planning Con�unission Public Hearir.g, and to send notices to all of the affected property owners. Affected owners are listed on the required Abstractor's Certificate. The meeting is a time for the applicant to review and explain the proposed development to the nearby property owners. This paiicy applies only when residential property, R-1 through R-8, is listed on the Abstractor's Certificate.
