� <br />� <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Division has concluded that "hardships" are present and <br />support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to <br />APPROVE a 2.5-foot VARIANCE to Section 1012.02B(2) of the City code, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The fence screening the adjacent apartment shall not exceed 6.5 feet in height; <br />2. Fences in all other locations on the property shall conform to the standard zoning <br />requirements; and <br />The variance shall expire 6 months from the approval date if a fence permit is not <br />issued, pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Doherty and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Boerigter and Doherty <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
