Nine interested parties responded to the Open House invitation. They reviewed presentation drawings and walked to vie�v the proposed Gazeba location. All written comments were positive jn relation to Rosdale Tower improvements and unreiated to the gazebo specifically. Comment 1. The proposed Gazebo should be located at location B on Sheet A2 Response: The owner is prepared to relocate the Gazebo to this location from the current proposed location A. on sheet A2. Comment 2. The proposed Gazebo should be located at location C an Sheet A2: Response: This location would obscure lines of sight on Herschel Street and be hazardous to incoming and outgoing traffic. Comment 3. Smokers using the Gazebo would send smoke to adjacent apartments. Response: The location 15 feet from the property line would result in negligible smoke transfer if any. Comment 4. The propasal is unacceptable. No reason given. Response: It is difficult to comment without some specific cancerns raised. Comment 5. The Cazeba sho�ld be placed in the south parking lot area. Response: It would be impractical to have visitors crossing one of the delivery access areas. Comment 6 The Gazebo would become a party hause on �veekends. Response: attached is a copy of the Roseville police department for the past year. Disorderly bays lpersons are noted on O1/07/2008 sir months before new o�vnership toak place. We have moved our Corporate Headquarters to Rosedale Tower. Any occurrence notified would be promptly addressed by our two proper .ty aranagers based on site.
