EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, was held on the 24�' day of November, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Pust, Willmus, Roe, Ihlan, and Klausing; and none were absent. Council Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10668 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH §]012.09 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR TED GLASRUD ASSOCIATES, INC., AT 1700 HIGHWAY 36 (PFO8-041) WHEREAS, Ted Glasrud Associates, Inc. owns the property addressed as 1700 Highway 36 and has requested an INTERIM USE PERMIT in accordance with § 1012.09 of the Roseville City Code; and WHEREAS, the subject property is ]ega]ly described as: Lot 2 Block 1 Rosewood Village PIN: 09-29-23-43-0001 WHEREAS, the applicant seeks to install an accessory structure on the property; and WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the requested INTERIM USE PERMIT, voting b-0 to recommend approval of the request based on the comments and findings of the staFf report dated November 5, 2008; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE the request by Ted Glasrud Associates, Inc. for an [NTERIM USE PERMIT in accordance with Section § 1012.09 of the Roseville City Code, subject ro the following conditions; a. The size and appearance of the gazebo shall be consistent with the plans included as Attachment D of the staff report reviewed for this application; b. The gazebo shall be situated similar to Location B in the site plan included as Attachment C of the staff report reviewed for this application; e. The applicant shall wark with staff to find a way to prevent the trash container lids from opening in the wind; and d. The Intenm Use Permit shall expire at the end of November 30, 2013. Page 1 of 3
