The gazebo would <br />be 10 feet by 20 feet in area, 10 foot four and one half inches high and provided with a <br />disabled access ramp consistent with A.D.A .requirements. <br />In response to Item 7. of the Interim Use Permit Application form: <br />Traffic use impact. <br />Response: See attached Site Plan. Traffic use is not applicable as the proposal is <br />contained within the property. <br />2. Impact of proposed use on parks streets and other public facilities. <br />Response: No impact. <br />3. Compatibility of the proposed site plan, internal traffic circulation, landscaping <br />and structures with contiguous properties. <br />Response: The proposal is for a temporary Gazebo occupying a space less than <br />two parking stalls. <br />4. Impact on market value of contiguous properties. <br />Response: No Impact. <br />5. Impact of the proposed use on the public health, safety and general welfare. <br />Response: Negligible as the Gazebo would be an accommodation for building <br />tenant and visitor use. <br />6. Compatibility with the Cities Comprehensive Plan. <br />Response: We believe the Interim use for building tenants and visitors is <br />consistent with the Limited Business Comprehensive Plan designation. <br />
