.� <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, biINNESOTA — HELD <br />OCTOBER 24, 1983 <br />* * * * * * * � * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall <br />in said City on the 24th day of October, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following Council members were present: Curley, Johnson, F'ranke, Kehr, <br />and Demos. <br />and, the followin g membe rs were absent: None_ <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 7565 <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council, at its Auqust 8, 1983 meeting, approved <br />Art Mueller's request for preliminary plat at 1995 County Road B, and <br />WHEREAS, after notice was published in the official newspaper, a public hearing <br />was conducted on Art Mueller's request for final plat approval; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes call for a resolution approving subdivision <br />of plats, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Art Mueller's request for final plat at 1995 <br />Co:uzty Road is approved with the condition that in accordance with City Code, <br />Section 20.155, Sub. (3), that the developer pay to the City an amount equal <br />to 10 percent (l00) of the land value prior to development in lieu of park <br />dedication. Such cash payment to be made at the time of any requests for <br />buildinq permits, or whenever there is the sale of any undeveloped parcels, <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken the reon, the following voted in <br />favor: All present. <br />and, the following voted against: None. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
