APPROVAL of a COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE MAP AMENDMENT from LOW DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL (LR� to HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (HR�; <br />b. APPROVAL of a REZONING from SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-1) to <br />GENERAL RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-3�; <br />c.
