<br />Regular Meeting o� the City Council - October 24, 1983. 7:30 F.M.
<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Curley, ,7ohnson, Franke, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Ak�sent : None .
<br />A-1 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the minutes of the Regular MINUTES
<br />Council Meeting of Cctober 10, 1983, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Johnson, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />B-1 Curley Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution 7565 approv- 12ESOLUTION 7565
<br />ing Art Mueller's request for final plat (Ferris ulood) at
<br />1995 County Road B, with the condition that in accordarice
<br />with City Code, Section 20.155, Sub (3), that the develoYer
<br />pay to the City an amount equal to 10 percent (l00) of the
<br />land value prior to development in lieu of park dedication.
<br />Such cash payment to be made at the time of any requests for
<br />building permits, or whenever there is ttie 5ale ot' any un-
<br />developed parcels, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Johnson, Franke, KeYir, and Demos. Nays : Nor:e.
<br />Curley Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the motion amending the
<br />August 8, 1983 special use permit for PUD be as follows:
<br />To the end of Condition 5, add the wording, "and
<br />as revised by the plan datec October 19, 1983."

<br />Manager be authorized to sign future cor.dominium lot
<br />splits after approval of the Public Works Director, if
<br />said split is in accordance with the PUD plar. dated
<br />October 19, 1983. Said condominium lot splZt beir.g
<br />defined as the splitting off of a portion of the outlot
<br />by its owner, as Iong as it conforms with the approved
<br />PUD, and the transfer of the split off portion by warrantee
