Request by City of Roseville to amend the Resolution 10010 Comprehensive Land Use Map Designation of a Changing Map vacant property commonly known as 1074 Designation Roselawn Avenue from current designations of Low Density Residential and Business to High Density Residentia] Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, to adopt a resolution approving the Accessible Space map amendment to the Ciry's Comprehensive Plan as consistent with the goals and policies of the Plan, changing the map designation for the site from "LD" Low Density Residential and "B" Business uses to "HD" High Density Residentia] land uses, contingent upon review/comment by the Metropolitan Council.
