Request by Accessible Space, Inc. and VSI Final Development <br />Construction to approve the Final Development Plan and two PUDs <br />Plan and a two lot Planned Unit Development in <br />the southeast corner of Lexington Avenue and <br />Roselawn Avenue <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, to approve the <br />Fina] PUD Development Plan of the ASINSI <br />redevelopment project in the southeast corner of <br />Lexington Avenue and Roselawn Avenue as being <br />consistent with the City Council's Genera] Concept <br />Plan approval granted on May 6, 2002, and accept it <br />as a portion of the Planned Unit Development.
