Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, and Kysylyczyn. Nays: Maschka. Ordioance 1265 Rezoning 1906/1912 Lexington Avenue Ordinance 1266 Rezoning 1906 Lexington Avenue & 1074 Roselawn Avenue 4. Request by Accessible Space, Inc. and VSI Final Development Construction to approve the Final Development Plan and two PUDs Plan and a two lot Planned Unit Development in the southeast corner of Lexington Avenue and Roselawn Avenue Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, to approve the Fina] PUD Development Plan of the ASINSI redevelopment project in the southeast corner of Lexington Avenue and Roselawn Avenue as being consistent with the City Council's Genera] Concept Plan approval granted on May 6, 2002, and accept it as a portion of the Planned Unit Development.
