� <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO, �'.�'1 <br />� <br />� * * * * * * * * * * <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 297� AS AMENDED, <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE� BY <br />AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO <br />S£CTIONS 16.010, 16,020, 16,030, and 16,040, BY RECLASSI- <br />FICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM SINGLE FAMILY <br />RESIDENCE (R-1) TO THREE TO TWENTY-FOUR FAMILY RESIDENCE <br />(R-3A), <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16,010, 16,020, 16,030 <br />and 16,040 of the zoning code of the Village of Roseville, <br />the property owners filed an application with the Village <br />Manager in the form of a written request to rezone Prom <br />single family residence (R-1) to three to twenty-four family <br />residence (R-3A) certain real property hereinafter described, <br />lying and beinq in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota; and <br />WF�REAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to <br />the Planninq Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice <br />held a public hearing on said matter on the 8th day of <br />May, 1967, which public hearing was held in the Village <br />Hall at its regular Council meeting; <br />
