To eliminate these <br />eneroachments, we woidd like thc City of Roseville to Amend the PUD #1259 to read as <br />fol lows: <br />Page =1. Item 9.3 Building Setbacks <br />Frunt 1'ard: No Change <br />Rear 1'ard: Increase the principle structure setback of 5 feet to l� feet. Thus. decreasing <br />the minimum setback of 30 feet, to 15 feet from the property boundary line. <br />Side Yard- Street (Iona Lane) Increase the principle structure setback of $ feet to 1� <br />feet. Thus, decreasing the minimum setback of 30 feet. to 15 feet from the south property <br />boundaryJ lona Lane right of way. <br />Side Yard -- Interior : No Change <br />Decks, Porches, andlor Yatios: Change the minimum setback of 30 feet to 15 feet from <br />the rear (North,West,and rast) boundary liues. <br />By changing the PUD to read as stated above, all of the encroachments. except for 2766 <br />Cohansey Circle, will be eliminated. <br />ihe legal description of the propert� included is : Lots I-8, Block I, Owasso Ridge <br />Addition. <br />See Aerial Photo for darification. <br />
