-� <br />6.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />.... <br />Based on the information provided in Sections 4 and 5 of this report, the Planning <br />Division recommends approval of the proposed PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />AMENDMENT, EASEMENT VACATION, and PRELIMINARY PLAT, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />a. The Owasso Ridge Home Owner's Association shall hire a land surveyor to <br />prepare a Preliminary Plat for review, comment, and acceptance by Ramsey <br />County and to prepare the F�tvaL PLAT for approval by the City Council. <br />b.
