Proposed <br />Amendment to PUD # 1259 Attachment <br />The Owasso Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc. has determined that there are <br />numerous current encroachments into the common Lot # 8. "To eliminate these <br />encroachments, we would like the City of Roseville to Amend the PUD #1259 to read as <br />follows: <br />Pa�e 4 Item 9.3 Buildin� Setbacks <br />Front Yard: No Change <br />Rear Yard: Increase the principle structure setback of 5 feet to 15 feet. Thus, decreasing <br />the minimum setback of 30 feet, to I S feet from the property boundary line. <br />Side Yard- Street (Iona Lane) Increase the principle structure setback of S feet to 15 <br />feet. Thus, decreasing the minimum setback of 30 feet, to 15 feet from the south property <br />boundary/ Iona Lane right of way. <br />Side Yard — Interior : No Change <br />Decks, Porches, and/or Patios: Change the minimum setback of 30 feet to 15 feet from <br />the rear (North,West,and East) boundary lines. <br />By changing the PUD to read as stated above, all of the encroachments, except for 2766 <br />Cohansey Circle, will be eliminated. <br />The legal description of the property included is : Lots 1-8, Block l, Owasso Ridge <br />Addition. <br />See Aerial Photo far clarification. <br />
