Proposed Plans: Because PUD amendments vary in scope, the required application materials <br />will depend on the specific proposal; some or all of the following items may be required in both <br />paper and PDF electronic format: <br />1) Topographic survey and/or preliminary plat (if land division/consolidation is required) <br />2) Site plan <br />3) Traffic study <br />4) Grading and drainage plan(s) <br />5) Utility plan <br />6) Landscape plan <br />7) Building elevations or exterior renderings <br />8) Floor plans <br />c. Open House Summary: A written summary of at least one open house meeting is a required <br />component of a PUD Amendment application. <br />d. Written Narrative: The written narrative should describe the proposed project in detail <br />addressing how the existing Planned Unit Development would be changed and whether the <br />proposed development would comply with all of the applicable Code requirements. <br />8. Notification Sign: The applicant must obtain a"Notice of Land Use Application" sign from the <br />Community Development Department and post the sign along the street in front of the subject <br />property. Multiple signs may be required for sites adjacent to more than one street. <br />9.
