� <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Division has concluded that "hardships" are present and <br />support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to <br />APPROVE an 870-square-foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.01 A(6) of the City code, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />a. The size and location of the proposed accessory structure and driveway shall <br />be consistent with the plans reviewed with the variance application as <br />Attachinent E; <br />b. The impervious coverage on the property shall not exceed 38% of the overall <br />property area; <br />c. Storm water runoff shall be limited to the level consistent with 30% <br />impervious coverage; depending on the soils and slopes on the property, such <br />reduction could be accomplished by directing rain gutters toward the interior <br />of the lot, installing and maintaining a"rain garden" filtration basin, or some <br />combination of these or other measures as approved by the City Engineer. <br />Building permits will not be issued until the City Engineer has approved the <br />storm water mitigation plans, and <br />d. The vAR�AtvcE shall expire 6 months after the approval date if a building <br />permit is not issued, pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member poherty and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Best, <br />Boerigter, and Doherty; <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
