�� � <br />� <br />Document# 4129454 <br />Recorded 12101I20081600 <br />County Recorder, Ramsey County, MN <br />4.4.6 415906G <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 5`}' day of November <br />2008 at 5:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Chair Boerigter and Member poherty. <br />Variance Board Member poherty introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 85 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO §1004 (RESIDENCE <br />DISTRICTS) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR STEVEN AND <br />MICHELLE ANDERSON, 1768 SHOREWOOD CURVE (PF08-043) <br />WHEREAS, the Andersons have requested a vARIANCE to § 1004 (Residence <br />Districts) of the Roseville City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 1768 Shorewood Curve, and legally <br />described as: <br />SHOREWOOD W 30 FT OF LOT 2 AND ALL OF LOT 3 BLOCK 3 <br />PIN: 04-29-23-12-0059 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.016 (Residental Setbacks) requires a principal structure <br />setback of 30 feet from the front property line; and <br />WHEREAS, the Andersons seek to construct a covered front entryway extending <br />to 24 feet from the front property line, requiring a 6-foot vAxi.e,lvcE; and <br />WHEREAS, the Variance Board has concluded that "hardships" are present and <br />support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code; <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />-3 <br />
