� <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to <br />approve a 6-foot vAx1ANCE to Section 1004.016 of the City code, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />a. The size and location of the proposed covered front entry shall be consistent <br />with the plans reviewed with this application as Attachments E and F. <br />Footings that support roof shall not be more than 6 feet in front of the <br />foundation of the home at its closest point to the front property line and shall <br />not be closer than 24 feet from the property line; and <br />b. The vAR1ANCE shall expire 6 months of the approval date if a building permit <br />is not issued, pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member Boerigter and upon vote being taken thereon, Members Boerigter and Doherty <br />voted in favor; <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
