CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1439 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> SELECTED TEXT OF TITLE 10 <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br /> ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Purpose: The <br /> Roseville City Code is hereby <br /> amended to clarify those individuals <br /> and/or governmental entities that are <br /> permitted to initiate a zoning test <br /> and/or map amendment found in the <br /> "Purpose" statement of Section <br /> 1009.06 Zoning Changes of the <br /> Roseville Zoning Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 2. Section 1009.06 <br /> Zoning Changes, Is hereby <br /> amended as follows: <br /> Amendment: An amendment to a <br /> Zoning Ordinance or map ("Official <br /> Zoning Map")may be initiated by the <br /> governing body (City Council). the <br /> planning agency (including the <br /> Community Development <br /> Department).a property owner.or by <br /> petition of affected..roperty_e_waeI <br /> as defined in the City's Zoning <br /> Ordiinance. The purpose of the <br /> zoning change review process is to <br /> consider such changes for approval <br /> where they would be consistent with <br /> the guidance and intent of the <br /> Comprehensive Plan and would not <br /> he injurious to the public health, <br /> safety,and general welfare. <br /> SECTION 5. Effective Date.
