CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> Notice Is hereby given that the <br /> ROSEVILLE CITY COUNCIL will <br /> hold a regular meeting in the City <br /> Council Chambers at City Hall, <br /> 2660 Civic Center Drive, on <br /> Monday,July 8,2013 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> to consider the following public <br /> hearing: <br /> Variance from City Code section <br /> 405.03 HOURLY RESTRICTIONS <br /> OF CERTAIN OPERATIONS; SAK <br /> Construction, LLC, is seeking a <br /> variance from code section 405.03 <br /> D. Construction Activities. This <br /> section of the City's code permits <br /> construction activities to occur <br /> between the hours of seven o'clock <br /> (7:00) a.m. and ten o'clock (10:00) <br /> p.m. on any weekday, or between <br /> the hours of nine o'clock(9:00)a.m. <br /> and nine o'clock(9:00) p.m. on any <br /> weekend or legal holidays. <br /> SAK Construction, LLC, is the <br /> contractor for the 2013 Sanitary <br /> Sewer Lining Project. This project <br /> includes the lining of larger sanitary <br /> sewer main through the Rosedale <br /> Center, Rosedale Commons and <br /> Crossroads of Roseville areas.They <br /> are seeking a variance to complete <br /> this segment of the sanitary sewer <br /> lining work between 10:00 p.m. and <br /> 7:00 a.m. between July 9 and July <br /> 18, 2013. In the case of inclement <br /> weather,the work will be completed <br /> by July 31. <br /> Night work is proposed at the <br /> following locations: <br /> Intersection of Fairview Avenue and <br /> County Road B-2; <br /> County Road B-2, from Fairview <br /> Avenue to American Street; <br /> Easement between Rosedale <br /> Commons and Crossroads of <br /> Roseville <br /> Sanitary sewer service will be <br /> temporarily disrupted during the <br /> lining process. This work will also <br /> require closure of traffic lanes at <br /> each location. The Contractor is <br /> asking for the variance so that they <br /> can reduce inconvenience to these <br /> property owners and to the travelling <br /> public. <br /> How to Participate or get the <br /> decision of the City Council: <br /> 1.
