September 15, 2008 <br />Revised motions far City Council consideration in regards to the Applewood Pointe <br />development, 3008 and 3010 Cleveland. <br />1) By motion approve the final plat. <br />2) By motion, approve ordinance rezoning the subject property to PUD, with an R-3 <br />underlying zoning district. <br />3) By motion, approve the final development plans as shown in Attachment G of the <br />September I5, 2008 RCA for Applewood Pointe subject to the conditions listed in <br />Sections 8 and 9 of the September 15, 2008 RCA and subject to the following <br />additional conditions. <br />a. The Developer shall construct a public road (Langton Lake Dr.) at a width <br />of 26 feet except for that part lying east of the unbuilt right of way of <br />Mount Ridge Rd., which shall be 32 feet in width. <br />b. The Developer shall construct on park property a temporary turnaround <br />for Langton Lake Drive that will be acceptable to the Public Works <br />Department, the Parks and Recreation Department and the Fire <br />Department. <br />The Developer's park dedication obligation shall be met by <br />4) By motion, approve the Planned Unit Development Agreement as presented in the <br />September 15, 2008 RCA and as modified by previous City Council action. <br />Prcpared by City Staf7, Septembcr I5, 2p08 <br />
