", � ��.�I� REQUEST FOR PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION DATE: 2/3/2010 ITEM NO: Sb Divi�iori Approval: Agenda Section: ' PUBLIC HEARINGS � .��--� Item Description: Request by Riaz Hussain for approval of an amendment to an existing CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow the parking areas adjacent to Autumn Street to remain at 1901 Lexington Avenue (PF10-0o2) 1.O REQUESTED ACT10N Mr. Hussain is seeking to amend the provisions of an existing CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, pursuant to § 1014 (Conditional Uses) of the City Code, to eliminate a condition requiring the removal of two paved parking areas on the south side of the property, accessing Autumn Street. The public hearing for this application was opened at the January 6`" meeting of the Planning Commission; the Planning Commission did not discuss the application because the applicant requested additional time to continue gathering information in support of his application. One member of the public was in attendance and allowed to contribute his comments for the record because he would not be able to attend the continuation of the public hearing when the application would be discussed in detail.
