", <br />� <br />��.�I� <br />REQUEST FOR PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />DATE: 2/3/2010 <br />ITEM NO: Sb <br />Divi�iori Approval: Agenda Section: <br />' PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />� .��--� <br />Item Description: Request by Riaz Hussain for approval of an amendment to an existing <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow the parking areas adjacent to Autumn <br />Street to remain at 1901 Lexington Avenue (PF10-0o2) <br />1.O REQUESTED ACT10N <br />Mr. Hussain is seeking to amend the provisions of an existing CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, <br />pursuant to § 1014 (Conditional Uses) of the City Code, to eliminate a condition requiring <br />the removal of two paved parking areas on the south side of the property, accessing <br />Autumn Street. The public hearing for this application was opened at the January 6`" <br />meeting of the Planning Commission; the Planning Commission did not discuss the <br />application because the applicant requested additional time to continue gathering <br />information in support of his application.
