-� --� <br />First, while I appreciate the staff's analysis, it <br />does not capture the full measure of reasonable <br />concerns to traffic, the market value of <br />contiguous properties, and the general public <br />health, safety, and welfare. <br />The concern of residents of Autumn Street has <br />not been with the interaction between these <br />parking places and traffic from Lexington, but <br />that these spaces will be used by those in the <br />building to avoid Lexington Ave. Unlike all <br />other commercial properties at the corner of <br />Lexington and Roselawn, this building does not <br />have access to Roselawn. Turning from <br />Autumn Street onto Lexington can be very <br />difficult. The lot on Autumn Street takes <br />advantage of the residential location to avoid <br />that, and instead makes Autumn Street its <br />e�uivalent of its Roselawn, its thoroughfare. <br />Z <br />
