� <br />r. <br />There is the need for long-term thinking. <br />Three corners of the Lexington and Roselawn <br />intersection are well-maintained and <br />commercially beneficial properties. The <br />neighboring building at 1110 Roselawn, long a <br />real estate office, is now home to a rather lame- <br />looking discount store. This property adjoining <br />Autumn Street is unloved and unattractive, and <br />the owner shows little respect for the <br />neighborhood. <br />The city should act in a manner that promotes a <br />long-term redevelopment of this corner, perhaps <br />one that would encourage a combination of the <br />two properties, where the parking could take <br />advantage of the Roselawn frontage and the <br />property could be screened from the residential <br />neighborhood onto which it backs. <br />Thank you for your time. <br />5 <br />
