The proposed development plan includes the tear-down of the existing 4,OOOSF TCF Bank building <br />and drive-thru and the redevelopment of the site as a new approximately 11,300 single story, commercial <br />buiIding. The adjacent residence at 1126 Sandhurst is being acquired in order to provide sufficient <br />parking for the pro}ect. The proposed site plan reflects the building in the southeast corner of the site, <br />closest to the Lexingtan and the County Road B intersection. The parking lot acts as a buffer from the <br />residences along Sandhurst Avenue. Traffc flow in the parking lot is controlled through the use of <br />parking islands and (andscaping. The existing curb cuts remain in their current locations, with the <br />exception of the County B curb cut, which �vill be closed. <br />� • <br />
